Whenever there are changes in data files—such as Guard Particulars, Customer Contract, User Access Level, etc.—you need to upload the updated files to SPIDER Cloud via FTP. This allows branches to download the files from SPIDER Cloud via FTP to keep their data up-to-date.
Please remember to inform the branches to perform the Download Branch Data File.
To have access to the SPIDER FTP Server, please contact your vendor.
By default, no changes to the settings are necessary; the system will automatically select all listed files for upload to SPIDER Cloud.
