The Yearly EA Form allows you to print the Employee EA Form. You can first obtain the result either by using the Yearly EA Posting, to gather from the 12 month Monthly EA Form Entry, or by manually entering details individually here.
If you obtained the result by using the Yearly EA Posting, you can edit the figures after calculation to achieve the desired results. A flag will indicate if an entry has been manually adjusted.
